Valentines - Youth Mission Trip Fundraiser
Plan to pick up your Valentine to give to someone special or you can ask that it be delivered during Sunday School on Sunday, February 12th. The cost for each Valentine is a donation to the Youth summer mission trip. Contact Tim Kennedy or Matthew Connor for more information.

District Leadership Conference The District Leadership Conference for the High Point District will be held on February 12 at Central UMC in Asheboro. Thru the Roof Lock-In and OverNight at Mount Shepherd
We will meet at AUMC at 1:30pm on Saturday March 3rd and will return on Sunday march 4th by 1:00pm. Cost will be $30.00 per person. This includes dinner on Saturday night prepared by the Mt. Shepherd cook staff. We will be staying overnight and attending a Worship service Sunday morning at Mt. Shepherd UMC Details of "What to Bring" will be sent later. I must have a Church Activity Form AND a Mt. Shepherd Liability Release form completed and turned in along with your $30.00. The deadline will be February 12th, 2012. METHODIST MEN BRUNSWICK STEW - March 3 Orders are now being accepted for the delicious Brunswick stew made by the Methodist Men. Call the church office at 431-7111 to place your order at a cost of $7 per quart. The stew will be available for pick up on Saturday, March 3rd from 12pm – 5:00pm in the Fellowship Hall and also on Sunday, March 4th after the each of the worship services or after Sunday school. METHODIST MEN HARDWOOD COALS BBQ - April 14 Mark your calendars for our delicious BBQ Buffet set for Saturday, April 14 from 11am to 7pm. The buffet will feature BBQ, Baked Beans, Slaw, Rolls, Dessert and Drink for a cost of only $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 4-12 and children ages 3 and under eat for free. Visit http://www.e-sword.net where you can download free bible software. The software comes with King James Version, King James Version w/Strongs numbers and Strongs Dictionary. There are many other Bible versions available for free, plus some for a some fee. This Bible is completely seachable and will allow you to view different Bible versions side-by-side.
