AUMC Email Group Subscriptions

AUMC has a number of email groups set up to relay information about church happenings. In addition to being able to receive information at your email account, you can also receive the messages as a text message on your cell phone.

NOTES about using your cell phone to receive text messages.

If you have a Black Berry or other smart phone where you already receive your email messages on your cell phone, there is no reason to receive a text message also.
Cell phone text messages are limited to 140 characters. Many messages sent to these groups are longer than 140 characters. You should use this feature along with your email address so that you can still view the entire message via your email.
Cell phone carriers charge for text messages. Unless you have a plan that provides for free text messaging, DO NOT USE THE CELL PHONE OPTION.

Please follow the steps below to Subscribe OR Unsubscribe to one or more groups. You will receive a confirmation email/text message from the group when you have been Subscribed or Unsubscribed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email/text message, please verify that the email is not in your spam folder. Please contact the webmaster if you have any problems.
